The hotel offers stunning ocean views with a beautiful high ceiling in the rooms. Although there was a minor issue with room inspection, the overall experience was delightful. The service was outstanding, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location provides easy access to nearby attractions and a short ride to popular areas. The dining experience was top-notch, with welcoming staff and a variety of options. As for the facilities, they were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were top-notch, right on a beautiful sandy beach with the perfect surf wave just steps away. My room had a view of a high concrete wall, but the incredible plunge pool and spacious layout made up for it. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a dream.
The hotel has a great location on the south west coast with easy access to Galle, offering a true hotel environment. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit hidden at the hallway's end. The service was very friendly and accommodating, with some minor distractions. The dining experience, while offering delicious options like fresh calamari and prawns, lacked variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement.
Upon my arrival, I noticed a minor issue with the rooms not being properly checked by the staff beforehand. However, the setting in the lawns with sun beds and a small seating area made up for it. The service I experienced was simply outstanding, with all staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable.
